Internal Audit

Considering Stromsdal’s scope of business and organizational structure, the Board has not appointed a special internal audit unit. Internal audit tasks are carried out, in line with a plan approved by the Board, by giving separate internal inquiry and audit briefings to the company’s auditors. 

Monitoring 

It is the task of the Board of Directors to ensure that the company has defined its working methods for internal monitoring and that the management regularly reviews the efficiency of such monitoring. The Board evaluates the appropriateness and functioning of internal monitoring on a regular basis.
