Shares and Share Capital
The company`s fully paid-up share capital totalled EUR 6,921,464.82.The company has 29,977,999 shares.
Stromsdal’s shares are listed on the Small Cap segment of the Helsinki Stock Exchange (NASDAQ OMX Helsinki Ltd) under the company code STM1V, ISIN-Code FI0009003453.
Each share entitles the holder to one vote at the Annual General Meeting (AGM). All shares are entitled to an equal dividend.
Stromsdal`s shares are quoted on the Main List of the Helsinki Stock Exchange. All shares have been entered into the book-entry securities system maintained by the Finnish Securities Depository Ltd.
The right to receive funds distributed by the company and to subscribe to shares when the share capital is increased shall belong only to a person:
- who is registered as a shareholder in the register of shareholders on the record date;
- whose right to receive funds has been entered by the record date into the book-entry securities account of the shareholder registered in the register of shareholders and has been registered in the register of shareholders; or
- if a shae has been registered in a nominee name, into whose book-entry securities account the share has been entered by the record date, and whose custodian has been registered in the register of shareholders as the custodian of the shares by the record date.
